What can I expect with the "Basic Cleaning"


The Cleaning Perfectionist will dust, mop, vacuum, wipe and scrub until your house is up to Maid To Perfection's cleaning standards. The Basic Cleaning package is the first of our recurring cleaning packages and the core of all of our other cleaning packages. For more details click here




Is Maid To Perfection pet friendly?


We love pets! Cats, Dogs, or what have you. We even have a cleaning package dedicated to the extra bits of maintenance that pets will inevitably require. For more information on our Basic +Pets Cleaning click here




What if I do not have a pet, can I still get the "Basic +Pets Cleaning"?


The +Pets cleaning is not only for people with pets. It is also fantastic for housholds with little children or when you want a little more deep cleaning on your recurring cleaning package. For more details click here




Does Maid To Perfection have any cancellation fees?


Cancellation: We must assess a 50% fee when you cancel with less than 24 hour notice. To avoid the fee call or email the office 24 hours or more from the start of your cleaning during business hours. Access to the home: We must assess a 50% fee when you fail to leave access to your home the day of service. there are no exceptions after the first incident.




How do you handle a situation with breakage, or broken objects?


It isbound to happen. We hate it when it does and we do our best to prevent it! The following is critical communication regarding our breakage policies: 1. Sometimes breakage occurs when there are "booby traps". Those are accidents waiting to happen (pictures not hung securely, top heavy items with unstable bases, wobbly, tippy objects). Each incident is reviewed on a case by case basis.




Do I need to "Clean" before the cleaners come?


Don't clean before we arrive, but do pick up as much as possible. This will allow us to focus more on detail and quality for you.




How do you handle quality control?


Our quality control system is interactive and dependant upon your feedback and communication to function. We need your input on the overall experience and quality you are receiving so that we may address issues that are important to you. Usually changing services will not eliminate a problem since we are in the human business. Human nature sometimes prevails if not confronted, and that's our job. We will correct or address any issue we are made aware of. Our crew take great pride in the work they do and also want to be informed when you are disappointed with a service. Please use our Quality ScoreSheet system each and every time your home is cleaned. Those feedback sheets are key to ongoing communication with our office and your technician. Each sheet has monetary value to you and the technician as we hold monthly $50 ScoreSheet drawings!




Do you increase your prices? if so, when?


We reserve the right to raise your price at any time. You will be given advance notice of a price increase.




Are you insured and bonded?


Yes! Your safety and protection is top priority.




What day and time will you show up to clean?


You get to pick your day and time. We clean Monday through Friday (and Saturdays on special occasions) between 8:00 and 5:00 p.m. You can pick an arrival time of either: 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. or 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Our clients are not stuck waiting all day for us to show up!




Do I have to be home during service?


No. Most of our clients give us a key and their alarm code. Our employees are carefully screened and trained. Many of them have been with us for years! Meet my employees HERE.




Are my things safe with your employees?


We conduct criminal background checks on every prospective employee, we verify job history, and conduct employment verifications. Our outstanding record of quality hiring and our low employee turnover make us one of the safest services worthy of your trust. We rank safety and security at the top of our business priorities.




What if I need some extra tasks or services?


We’re not a franchise–we can do what you want. Just call the day before to make your special requests and we will quote you a price for the additional time. Ovens, fridge, laundry? Yes!




Should I have a Spring Cleaning Every year?


Many of our clients do have a Top To Bottom Deluxe Cleaning annually to maintain those out-of-reach places that are not a part of the normal, weekly or bi-weekly routine. It’s less expensive than the first time Deluxe cleaning because the rest of the house is already at maintenance level if we are servicing your home!




What if I have to skip or cancel my service?


Give us 24 business hours notice of your change in plans and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your service.




What if I’m not satisfied?


Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied we will return within 24 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas. If we cannot satisfy you a refund will be offered in most instances and the relationship will be permanently terminated.




Are you a franchise?


No, we just look like one because we are just as professional. But, we have the freedom to provide you with a more customized service and our prices are usually slightly lower than the franchises.
